Welcome to Stree Varnam. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of our website streevarnam.com (the “Store”) and any purchase you make from us. By using our Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Stree Varnam is an online store selling handloom and traditional sarees. Our Store is powered by Shopify.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or use the Store under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

3. Products and descriptions

  • We try our best to display our sarees accurately, including colours, patterns and details.
  • Actual colours may vary slightly because of lighting, photography and screen settings.
  • Our sarees are handloom and handcrafted. Small irregularities in weave, colour or texture are natural features of handwoven products and are not defects.
  • Most of our sarees are available in limited quantities, and many are one-of-a-kind.

4. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We may change prices at any time without notice. The price at the time you place your order will apply.
  • All orders must be prepaid through the payment options available at checkout. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.

5. Orders

  • When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email or message.
  • We may cancel an order if the product is out of stock, if there is a pricing or listing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping, returns, replacements and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms.

7. Your account and information
You are responsible for providing correct details (name, address, phone number and email) when placing an order. How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property
All content on this Store, including photos, videos, product descriptions, logos and designs, belongs to Stree Varnam. You may not copy, reuse or sell our content without our written permission.

9. Prohibited use
You agree not to:

  • Use the Store for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
  • Place false or fake orders
  • Try to hack, damage or disrupt the Store
  • Copy our product photos or content for commercial use

10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Stree Varnam is not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our Store or products. Our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
