Stree Varnam (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website streevarnam.com (the “Store”). Our Store is powered by Shopify. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your personal information when you visit our Store, make a purchase, or contact us.

Payment information:

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider,  name, Razorpay. We do not see or store your full card, UPI or bank details.

Process, pack and deliver your orders
Contact you about your order, delivery, returns or refunds
Respond to your questions and provide customer support
Send you offers, new arrivals and updates, only if you have agreed to receive them (you can unsubscribe at any time)

3. Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted partners who help us run our business:

Shopify: our e-commerce platform, which hosts our Store
Payment providers: to process your payments securely
Courier and shipping partners: Delhivery/Bluedart to deliver your orders
Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp): for advertising and customer communication (see Section 5)
Government or legal authorities: when required by law

5. Advertising and tracking (Meta)

We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API on our website. These tools share information about your activity on our site, such as pages viewed, products added to cart and purchases, along with hashed (encrypted) contact details, with Meta Platforms, Inc. This helps us measure our ads and show relevant ads to you on Facebook and Instagram. You can control how Meta uses this information through your Facebook or Instagram account settings under “Your activity off Meta technologies”.

6. How long we keep your information

We keep your personal information only as long as needed to fulfil your orders, provide support, and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.

We use reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. Our Store runs on Shopify’s secure platform, and payments are processed by secure payment providers. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Correct any information that is wrong or incomplete
Delete your personal information (unless we need to keep it for legal reasons)
Stop sending you marketing messages
